WIMH| My experience

What's In My Handbag is a really cool site to just sit and explore. It's basically what is says it is, looking at what is in peoples handbags. This is an interactive site so you can upload, share views on products. All in all an awesome site and now they have started to sell little kits. The first one that was available was  Korres Discovery kit. When I saw this I nearly jumped for joy, I have always wanted to try Korres but with no where near me that sells the brand, I have never had the chance.

Now I hoped I would just enter to details, pay and it would be on it's way. Unfortunately, there was issues with my card between WIMH and my bank. I tired several times with two different cards and was having the same issue each time, so I started chatting the the help desk (there is a little interactive chat at the bottom of the screen. You can speak to a member of staff if you are having an issues). I have to say the first person I spoke to really wasn't all that helpful and basically said there wasn't anything they could do and I would just have to leave it. The second person I spoke to, Alina, was amazing. Although we couldn't sort out the issue, she was polite and I could really tell she was trying her best to help me out. I had to leave the chat but Alina said she would email me as soon as there was some progress.

Now I am not going to lie I didn't think I would hear anything else about it but as promised, two days later I had an email from Alina saying they hadn't fixed the issue but that to thank me for my patience the were sending me the Korres kit for free (Yippeee!)

So yes that is the end of my story. Thank you WIMH for your help. Lets hope this doesn't happen every time!

I have included some pictures of the kit just so you can have a nosey. Unfortunately this is no longer available but there are some other awesome deals on!
